In any Bolt Action army, infantry weapons teams play a crucial role by providing great tactical flexibility. Sniper teams, anti-tank teams, and flamethrower teams are commonly used, creating multiple challenges for opponents. The Panzerschreck, a German version of the American bazooka, was first seen in North Africa. It fired a large calibre rocket with a shaped charge and had such a strong back-blast that early teams wore protective gear. Later, a blast shield was added, giving the weapon a distinctive look. By 1944, the Panzerschreck and disposable anti-tank Panzerfaust had replaced the anti-tank rifle Panzerbüchse 39.

During the battle of Stalingrad, Russian snipers caused heavy casualties for the German Wehrmacht, prompting the Germans to train their own marksmen. Various rifles, like the KAR-98K and Gewehr 43, fitted with ZF39 telescopic sights and precision ammunition, were used for sniping. Flamethrowers, known as Flammenwerfer, were used throughout the war against buildings and fortifications. Towards the end of the conflict, a smaller, single-use flamethrower called the Eintossflammenwerfe was developed.

The game set includes six Warlord Resin™ Figures, Plastic Bases, and Three Order Dice. Players can recreate World War II battles on a tabletop using dice, model troops, tanks, and rules provided by Bolt Action. Each side needs painted model troops representing their armies, with encounters based on twelve specific battle scenarios. Players can test their skills against each other in a small part of the historic World War II conflict.

Building, painting, and playing with the models is as enjoyable as the game itself. Witnessing the models come to life adds to the excitement of gameplay.
